Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Lumissy purchase, we are here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@lumissyskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for the return
- A photo if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost and cover all return shipping charges. No need to return the original item in most cases — just send us a photo.
Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Lumissy covers all shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Opened or used skincare, lip care, or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards
