How to Place Order?
All orders are shipped from China. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Shipping times vary by destination:
7–12 business days for standard shipping
5–8 business days for express shipping
If your tracking shows no update for over 7 days, please contact our support team with your order number.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that international return shipping may take longer.
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours after placing it. After that, the order may have already been packed or shipped. To request a cancellation or change, please email us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then start a return.
We offer two delivery types from China:

Express Shipping (5–8 business days, faster processing and priority handling)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight. Large orders may qualify for free shipping.
